Dualis is a trade compliance business operating from the United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy and the United States. Until incorporation, this site is operated by its founders, trading as Dualis. Dualis is not a law firm. The content of this website, including the free assessment, is general information about export controls and sanctions and is not legal advice. Our work for clients is delivered under a written engagement letter. Where a matter needs regulated legal advice or representation, we bring in qualified counsel.
We advise and prepare. The exporter remains the licence holder and the party responsible for compliance with the export control and sanctions laws that apply to it.
